By purchasing tickets or attending any event organized by Aarpoo Irroo Festivals ("Organizer"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service:

• Age Limit: Events are open to individuals 18 years and above unless explicitly marked as family-friendly. Valid government ID may be requested at entry.
• Entry Verification: Entry is strictly via valid digital QR pass generated upon ticket confirmation. Duplicated or modified passes will be rejected.
• Venue Conduct: Attendees must respect venue policies at De Aura / participating partner venues. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual engaging in disruptive behavior without refund.
• Event Modification: Artists lineup, performance order, and timings are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.

Privacy Policy

Aarpoo Irroo is committed to protecting your personal information:

• Data Collected: Name, email address, WhatsApp contact number, and ticket quantity during booking.
• Payment Security: All payments are processed via Razorpay Standard Checkout using 256-bit SSL encryption. We do not store raw credit card numbers or UPI PINs.
• Usage: Your contact details are used exclusively for issuing digital QR entry passes, booking confirmations, and essential event updates.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please review our ticket cancellation policy prior to booking:

• Non-Refundable Standard Tickets: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless an event is officially cancelled by the organizer.
• Event Cancellation: In the event of a full cancellation by Aarpoo Irroo, 100% of the ticket face value will be refunded automatically to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.
• Ticket Transfer: If you cannot attend, you may transfer your QR pass to a friend or family member by providing them with the entry ticket pass.

Shipping & Ticket Delivery Policy

Aarpoo Irroo issues digital e-tickets instantly:

• Digital Instant Delivery: No physical tickets are shipped. Upon successful payment verification, your ticket confirmation with unique Serial Ticket Number (e.g., ARPOO-VOL2-8392) is displayed instantly on-screen and dispatched to your email and WhatsApp number.
• Delivery SLA: Digital pass delivery occurs within 60 seconds of payment completion.
